& Dress Code Policy

At Masu Sushi & Hibachi, we are proud to be a family-friendly dining establishment and are committed to providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. To help maintain a respectful and welcoming environment, we kindly ask that all patrons observe the following guidelines.

Dress Code

Guests are expected to wear appropriate, non-revealing attire. Clothing that is excessively revealing or deemed unsuitable for a family-friendly environment may result in denial of service at management’s discretion.

Child Supervision

Children are always welcome; however, for safety and the comfort of all guests:

  • Children must be closely supervised at all times.
  • Running, wandering, or playing throughout the restaurant is not permitted, as it poses safety concerns and disrupts other guests’ dining experiences.

Noise & Disruptions

We understand that young children may occasionally become upset. If a child is crying, screaming, or causing a significant disturbance, we kindly ask that a parent or guardian temporarily step outside or into the restroom to address the issue before returning to the table.

Smoking & Vaping

Masu Sushi & Hibachi is a smoke-free restaurant. Smoking or vaping of any kind—including e-cigarettes—is not permitted inside the restaurant or near entrances. We also kindly ask that smoking materials be kept out of sight at all times.

Device Courtesy

Please be mindful of volume when using phones, tablets, or other electronic devices. We ask that audio be kept low or used with headphones to preserve a pleasant dining atmosphere.

Large Parties

For large parties, we appreciate your cooperation with seating, ordering, and service guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Outside Food & Beverage

Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the exception of infant food or special dietary needs discussed with management in advance.

Respectful Conduct

All guests are expected to treat fellow patrons and our staff with courtesy and respect. Abusive, aggressive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.

Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with these guidelines.
